Victoria Inner Harbour

We just arrived at the mouth of Victoria's Inner Harbour and Chris reduced speed to idle as we slowly made our way to the departure / arrival area. Shortly before we arrived at the dock we noticed a small seal on a dock relaxing. Chris gently moved the boat a little closer for a better look.

The infamous 'cute' Harbor Seal- Watch out!

Chris explained that what we were seeing was a very common Harbor Seal from the area. A common sight, the seals love to bask in the sun in between meals. Rarely do you see them on docks, but more often on rocks like their cousin, the Sea Lion.

A few minutes later we had docked and we were being escorted back to the office to take our survival suits off.

Once we had peeled off our cozy suits we thanked Chris for the wonderful trip and I joined my fellow passengers at Milestones Restaurant, (just above Prince of Whales), for an excellent warm meal.

THE END
